Vinyl window balancer

Question

Hello, I need some balancers for my windows, they keep falling of the window; the spring looks little rusty but the string and hook are okay, and I want to replace them anyway for new ones. I have replaced balancers but never ordered them. Please help me!

I'm afraid I don't know what kind of balance you need. This is a photo identification service, so the best place to start is to remove an undamaged version of the original balance and show us a clear photo of it. We need to see the top end, bottom end, and any fitting/shoe/attachment that might be relevant to its function.
