Hello,

We'd be happy to help but the stamp code on the balance indicates the strength of the spring but, not the correct replacement. To get started, we would need to see photos of your balance fully removed from the window. Please make sure to include both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord.

Also, please note that windows that slide horizontally do not use support balance since they do not need tension to stay open. Channel balances are used in hung windows that open vertically. Thank you.

After more research I now realize that number is not to identify the part. Measured length 22" by 1/2"
Bottom shoe is 1" deep
Top fitting 1 1/4" by 7/8".
Both fittings are winged
Channel is plain

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-22 or S385-22 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2130 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
