Vinyl window channel balance

Question

I have vinyl window in bath room, the window channel balance is broker needs replaced.
The part has marked the post as: 11-4 KP CALDWELL. Does your company carry the same part?
Please advises.

Hey, Connie. Take a look at our S385-12, I think this could be a good match. I would just make sure the nylon ends match up. I'd also recommend the 1140 option.
