Vinyl window keeper for spring and stiffener rod

Question

I'm uncertain about appropriate terminology, but this is the plastic retainer that holds the top of the stiffener rod in the spring of a double hung window. Windows string loops through and around these plastic parts.  Rod has punched through the top of the plastic part. I don't know the window brand.

It looks like you have old style rod balances that, unfortunately, are no longer made. We should be able to recommend a modern replacement but we'll need to see an undamaged version of your balance fully removed from the window. Please make sure to include both ends of the assembly in your photos. Thank you!
