The windows in our house have these cast metal latches. They are very plain and the cam breaks off from the attachment to the lever. I find very similar latches on the various sites and these have slightly different dimensions. The overall width is 2 7/8", the screw holes are at 2" OC and the screw set back is 15/16".
On the inside there is a cast marking that looks like an emblem of Texas with the letters MDC 7.
If possible I would like to purchase 20-24 of these latches.

Thanks for posting! I'm confident we can replace this lock, but we have nothing in this style with a 2" hole spacing. Can you confirm that dimension? Make sure to measure from the center of each hole. Thank you!
Alright, we're getting a little closer. You might be able to use our 90-278 window lock. This also has a hole center spacing of 2-1/16" and a backset of 3/4". It doesn't have the aligners, so the full 15/16" might not be necessary. The keeper might be our 90-237. See what you think.
You may want to triple check your hole spacing just to be 100% sure. The difference between 2-1/16" and 2-1/8" can be a lot for this kind of hardware.
