Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I'm not 100% sure what will work. I can tell you that your pivot bar is no longer made, but the best substitute will depend on your finer dimensions, which I cant quite make out. I have two parts in mind.

See our 26-396 and 26-129. Carefully go over our dimensions and see which is closer. You'll note that the "pin" on each part is different from yours. Regardless of which one you go with, you'll need to file down the pin so that it's flat and even like yours. 

As for pricing, we have that listed on each part's respective page. Shipping is calculated automatically during checkout. That'll depend on what delivery method you select, so I can't really tell you what it will be here.
