We'd be happy to help but I don't recognize the part shown in your photo. Could you show us where it installs to help us determine if we could supply a suitable replacement? Thank you.
Unfortunately, we could not find your internal handle through any of our suppliers. Take a look at the 26-116 screw-on handle to see if you would be able to make new installation holes on the sides of the cutout to use this on your window. Thanks for posting.
