Vinyl window seals are falling apart!

Question

The seals at the bottom of my white vinyl windows (new build in 1998) are beginning to fall apart and most will need replacing. Photos attached - I don't know the window manufacturer....?

Thanks for posting! Please take a look at our 58-171 foam filled bulb weatherseal and compare it to your existing sample to see if this can work as a replacement.
