I can find no identification on the window. I included pictures of a good show and balance. I need to identify the shoe.

Start by taking a look at our 15-180 coil balance shoe which uses the Series 190 coil springs. Remove your original pivot shoe from the window and see if our dimensions match up to your original hardware.
