I am confident we can help replace these balances, but that stamp code only tells us the spring strength. To know what type of balance you need, please remove it from the window and show us any hooks, fittings, or attachments at both ends. Also please confirm the metal channel length. From there I'll do my best to find what you need.

Greetings. We can help, I just need a little more information to narrow this down for you. Can you tell me the length of the metal channel? I also need to see the top of the balance as well as the clip attached at the end of the cord. From there I shall do my best to help. Many thanks.

A quick learner from Missouri says:
I have two sizes 28 inches and 34 inches. I also need all part numbers for parts in pictures

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for bearing with us. We do recognize your balances. You will need a 34" Series 770, stamped 34D, but with a 15-170 Snap-On Clip attached to the cord. We'd be happy to do this for you via custom order. For the 28" Series 770, we need the stamp option on the metal channel; if there's no stamp, then please give us the exact weight of the window sash that uses these balances. Also, please tell me how many of each sized balance you need. From there we'll get a quote written up for you.

The pivot shoe will be our 15-169 and the pivot bar will be our 26-241

A quick learner from Missouri says:

Here is the stamp on the smaller balancer. I will need a price for 32 of the 770 balancer stamped 34d. 8 smaller balancer, 10 piviot shoe 15-169 and 10 26-241 piviot bars.

Thanks for bearing with us. I just sent you an email with two custom links enclosed, one to order (32) of the 34" Series 770 balances, stamped 34D, and with the 15-170 Clip Attached; the other to order (8) of the 28" Series 770 balances, stamped 28B, and with the same attachment. The 15-169 Pivot Shoe and 26-241 Pivot Bars can be added to your cart right through their respective shop pages; just be sure to set the quantities you need for both. Let me know if you have any questions prior to placing your order.

A quick learner from Missouri says:
I would need 12 of the 28 series with the same clip attached
