It may be called a stopper. It is what the keeper screws into for the lock to latch into. It is white vinyl trim that goes around my double pane vinyl windows.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe you have a Silverline vinyl sash. With that in mind, you may be able to use the 55-015. If you need to install the keeper on the new vinyl, be very careful not to break the glass. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
