Unfortunately we do not carry a 2-3/4" length. The closest we can supply are the 26-243 and 26-244 or the 26-390 and 26-391 style. Please double check dimensions and compare to each style to see if one of these could fit the window sash. Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions!
Thank you, the dimensions are very precise and on re-checking it appears the 26-243 & 244 are most likley the ones. The length on re-measuring is 2 and 5/8 inch and the width is 11/16.
I'm thinking that with 19 yr old windows, I'd order 3 pairs of left/right since once one breaks other may follow.
What is the return policy in the unlikely event it isn't the right part?
And, are these Simonton parts or after-market? Not sure it makes a difference but am curious.
