Thanks for reaching out to us. Your latch is similar in design to our 26-228 and 26-229, though I'm not sure what your hole spacing is. That is probably the most important dimension. Look these two parts over and see what you think, but if they don't match, please give me that dimension.
Your shoe is close to our 15-210 but ours is 9/16", not 1/2". You may want to double check that measurement to be 100% sure.
For the spiral balance, I recommend the Series 600.
