Vinyl window tilt sash shoe

Question

Hello!  I have a vinyl window.  The lower sash has a "shoe" that should stay with the sash, but is broken, and stays at bottom.  Do you have replacement shoe?  at the top of the sash frame, there is a little plastic tab that prevents the sash from dislodging from frame.  I don't see any tension rods.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

Hello there!

I'm afraid your pivot shoe is too obscured by the window track to make out. Can you remove it from the window and show us? There should be coil springs that go with it as well. In the meantime, take a look at the videos we've related for you on this page and let us know if they help.
