The latch measures 2.75 x 1.125 and the screws are 2.0625 between centers.
The catch measures 2.25 x 0.25 and the screw are 2.25 between centers.
The dimension from the outside edge to the center of the screw hole is 11/16"

Do you think part number 90-278 would be a good replacement? Do you have a vinyl equivalent?

Thanks for posting. The 90-278 looks similar and the hole spacing does appear to be the same, yes. The offset is good, too. The only difference is that the keeper is also 2-1/16", but the holes are elongated so that may make up the difference. I think it's a good pick!
