This seal appears similar in design to our 58-182, which has a .187 sized installation strip. Look it over and see what you think!

It's hard to see in the pictures but the original foam seal portion was hollow. Do you have something like the product you sent me that is hollow? Or do you recommend replacing it with a solid seal?

In my experience, hollow and foam-filled seal both perform the same job equally well. I don't think you'll see a difference in efficacy as long as the dimensions match.

Is there a version of this with less foam or no foam? The T slot fits but the window doesn't compress the foam enough to lock the window

We unfortunately do not sell a version of this seal without foam. That said the compression should still be the same. Rather than compression, it sounds like the bubble itself might be too big.
The bubble on the 58-182 is .300 in diameter, as per the diagram above. What's the diameter of the original?
