Vision 2000 window part

A handy person from Minnesota, USA says:
Hello, I had Vision 2000 crank out window installed in 1997. The plastic black cap has broken on the upper part of the window. It's an important piece to keep the window from disconnecting from the frame when the window is opened. I included the piece from the other window but the black piece seems to be too narrow. Many years ago the window had storm damage and I think the slide bar may have been replaced. We are looking for parts so we can repair the window so we can use it again. Thanks for your tine

This black cap appears to be a component of your hinge set. We unfortunately don't sell this cap, or even this style hinge, but we do sell a similar style set that should still work for your window. See our 36-048. While it is different, as long as you replace both the top and bottom at the same time then your window should function perfectly well.
