Visions 2000

Question

I need to replace the counter balance rails in my visions 2000 windows. One size has 27TG printed on them.  The other size has 15HD stanped on it.  I need 3 pairs of each size.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but the stamp codes on the original balances only indicate the spring strength needed to support the weight of the window. We would also need to see photos of your original balance assembly fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
