Client ordered a Visions 2000 white 6-0x6-8 sliding patio door from us in 2002. Hardware has since broken. Looking to identify and replace if possible.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you confirm the installation hole center spacing for the handle? It looks to be 3-15/16" but we just want to be certain.

Can you also confirm the position of the thumb lever? It should be in an offset or centered position but I can't tell from your photos.

Unfortunately the client is in Brooklyn and we cannot readily measure the hole spacing. As for the thumb lever, I believe it was centered, and has since broken off. More than one option is okay (they can confirm spacing later), as this door is out of warranty and I am trying to point the client in the right direction more than order it for them.

Gotcha! If the thumb lever was centered, I'd recommend the 82-030A handle set. The mortise lock resembles the 82-218, which is commonly used with handles that measure 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers. Review the specifications and see what you think.

If the thumb lever is in the offset position, you'd want the 82-030B instead.
