I need a key lock for this door. Could you please recommend which one of your locks will fit this door handle.

Thank you for reaching out to us! My recommendation is the 82-030 handle set which measures 3-15/16" on installation hole centers. We also sell the 82-310 key lock (sold separately) that can be adapted to the 82-030's outside pull. These parts ought to be fully compatible with your hardware but look over the specifications and see what you think.
