Thank you for reaching out to us! My recommendation is the 82-030 handle set which measures 3-15/16" on installation hole centers. We also sell the 82-310 key lock (sold separately) that can be adapted to the 82-030's outside pull. These parts ought to be fully compatible with your hardware but look over the specifications and see what you think. |
