WHAT SIZE PIVIOT SHOES, NEED PART NUMBERS

Hi Swissco Customer Service,

I have a couple of aluminum windows that do not function well due to the spiral balancer & pivot bars, need your help please identify the part number for the pivot shoes. Also, if you have any advice best way to remove the shoes from aluminum frames would be very helpful.

Hello,

Take a look and compare our 15-173 pivot shoe to yours, which is commonly used with the S600 spiral balance. If you need new pivot bars, we would need to see an undamaged one removed from the sash, along with dimensions. Thank you!
