I have a customer who is requesting for me to fix window balances. The only thing is i cannot reconize the old ones by that colors of tip nor the plastic tube is broken as well. However i do have the numbers on the original stickers on sash.Please let me know what series i need to order..thks

The factory sticker didn't help, unfortunately. May we have some photos of the balance system, with the length and balance tube dimensions? Also, we'd like to see the pivot shoe that the spiral attaches to, and the tilt bar on the sash.
