Rectangular window balance sping with busted cord stamped SL 14-3.can we get a replacement.

I can't tell what Series of balance you have from these photos, I'm afraid. We'd be happy to help but we would need you to remove an undamaged assembly from the window and show us clear photos of the top and bottom fittings.
