Question

i need the balance that go with your 15-230 shoe
tilt sash plan no ribs 1/2"
it is 28" long with a screw hole at the top string at the bottom
the number on the old balance is is 28B

Thanks for writing in. Typically the 15-230 is used with a ribbed channel balance, not a plain one. I just sent you an email with a custom link to order (2) to these specifications. If you're certain your balance channel is plain and 1/2", then I in fact am not sure if you really have a 15-230 shoe, and seeing pictures of your existing hardware would be best before proceeding with any order.
