WINDOW BALANCE

Thanks for posting. I am confident we can help replace this tilt window channel balance, but we'll need a little more information to help. We will need you remove the balance and show us photos of the clip or hook at the bottom of the cord that attaches to the pivot shoe. We will need to see how the balance attaches to the top of the window track. Also, please confirm the length of the metal channel. Finally, if you need the pivot shoe also, we'll need you to remove yours and tell us its width and thickness. We should be able to assist you from there.
