Hello,
I have a balance that needs to be replaced and I am confused about getting the correct item. My balance is stamped 42 60RN. The letters B,S,I are stamped between the numbers 42 and 60RN. Attached is a photo. The window is a double-hung window with wood trim. I would like to order at least two of these balances. Could you please direct me to the correct parts?

To further review, we will need to see additional pictures of the balance, where we can see the top and bottom attachments. Is your window a non-tilt or tilt in style? From there we can further review, to determine if we can provide a suitable replacement option. Thank you!

Hi Lauren,
This is a tilt window. Here are photos of the top and bottom. The bottom plastic is broken so it isn't attached to the channel. This also shows the tilt cam the string used to be attached to.

Unfortunately after seeing the pivot shoe, we are not able to assist with this style of balance. You will need to contact the original manufacturer of the window for more information. I apologize that we cannot assist with your repair.
