Hello,

Your top sash guide is similar to the 18-033 but the installation hole appears to be in a different position. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours. If possible, you may need to drill a new hole in the guide to match your part and attach it to the sash. We can't make any guarantees but this would be our best replacement option. Look it over and see what you think. Thanks for posting!
