Hey there, Dan. This looks very similar to our Andersen brand sash balances, which you can see here, but with a couple stylistic differences. Either yours is an older version or you have a different brand entirely, like Pella; they used a similar style balance that is unfortunately incompatible with the type we sell.

Would you happen to know who made the window? If it is Andersen, there should be a three or four digit code printed on the box somewhere that will tell us exactly what type you need. Look for any number with a "#" symbol, that'll be the one we want to see.

Thanks, Dan! I think the key numbers here are "9" and "27." There is a "3" in the middle of those three numbers, which is odd, but I would wager that the "9 27" is printed differently than the rest. Is that an accurate assumption?

If so, my recommendation is the 24-939. This is designed to replace all Andersen balances with a 927 stamp.
