Hello,

It looks like your balance uses the 15-224 inverted link, which is commonly used with the 15-216 pivot shoe. We'll need to see the pulley clip from an intact balance that attaches to the window jamb to confirm the correct replacements. Thank you!

As I mentioned, we'll also need to see the pulley clip from an intact balance that attaches to the window jamb to determine the replacement balances needed for your window.

Thanks for getting back to us but, unfortunately, your new photos still show a damaged balance. We'll need to see the metal clip attached to the pulley of an intact balance to identify the correct replacements.

These photos show the same broken balances, which we won't be able to identify since the pulley is damaged and missing the clip used for installation. We'll need to see an intact version from the other side or an identical window to move forward.
