What you have here is an extended travel channel balance which features a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 27-5/8". We can help supply replacements but it will have to be a custom order. In order for me to get this moving for you, can you show me an up-close photo of the metal hook attached at the end of the pulley cord?
