WINDOW BALANCES

Question

I need to replace four 1/2" wide X 28" long non-tilt Alenco window balances but I do not see the exact match for my balances in your online catalog listings. All of the 1/2" wide channel balances look the same; however, mine appear to have the 19-005 top and the 15-003 shoe, which are not offered on the same balance. The number stamped on my existing balances is 2730. Can the balances with the exact top and shoe be ordered? Thank you.

Alenco balances use 15-001 Channel Balance Shoe and a 19-005 Channel Balance Top. These seem to be a better match for your sample. The replacement balance you need is a S395-28 with the 2730 option.
