WINDOW BALANCES ARE BROKEN

A home owner from Lewisville, TX says:
This is one of two broken window balances from a single bathroom window upstairs in our home. I do not know the manufacturer, however the home was built in Texas in 2003. The numbers read D8/603/3340.

The plastic on both ends are broken as well and I do not know if there is supposed to be sash stops or not. They may have existed at one time at the top? not sure. this is not a tilt out window.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the S395-34 channel balance with a 3340 strength option to your assembly. If you believe that your top sash guides are broken, we would need to see an undamaged part removed from one of your windows, including written-out dimensions, to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
