Hi,
I'd like to get a replacement for my window balance. I think its size is 1/2" and 28" long and the marking shows "28 2." I don't know if it's an extended travel one or not. Please assist me in identifying the parts that I would need and the price of these parts and shipping cost.

What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. Please note that your old balance style is no longer available. The manufacturer has recommended a comparable replacement option, which is a newer style and will install and function the same.
