WINDOW BLANCER REPLACEMENT

Question

I live in Florida and have a second home in Boyertown, PA. I need to replace and repair the window's in the home. I did not locate any markings other than down on the face of the part. I will be in PA. on Nov. 1st. and leave on Nov. 5th. We are real close to Philadelphia and your location. I spoke with an agent of your company, she advised that there is no store front at your location. She also advised if no markings on unit in question, just to weigh the window itself to get the weight of the balance

Thanks for the inquiry. We can certainly identify these in time for your arrival in Boyertown! It appears you have Series 190 coils and as you mentioned, you'll need to weigh the window if you don't see any numbers on the coils. Additionally, you can replace the coil balance shoe with the 15-180 and the support 15-181. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.
