WINDOW CHANNEL

A quick learner from Dining room window says:

Good evening,

I need to order the window channel balance but I don't know what weight. The only number I found the bar is what is in the picture and I don't want to order the wrong one. Can you please help me.

I'm going to order the 30" SERIES 350 CHANNEL BALANCE PRODUCT CODE S350-30.

Thank You,

I await your response.

Lorraine

Hi, Lorraine. I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings.

A quick learner from Dining room window says:
Good evening Tom. Attached you'll find pictures. It measures 30" long and 5/8 wide. Hope it's correct. Please advise which to order.

Perfect, thank you. I don't think this is the Series 350. Based on your photos, you have either our S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.
