I measured my bathroom window balance from metal to metal. It measured 10 and 3/4 inches. The window does not raise up or down without balancing using both hands. The 11 inch window balance is the lowest I can find. Please advise.

Thank you for contacting us, Lonnie. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 10-5/8" long. Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to double-check just to be safe.
In the meantime, can you show us a close-up view of the stamp imprinted on the metal channel? Can you confirm the number of balances you're looking to replace as well?

Emily, good morning. I would need a total of 2 for the left and right side of the window. I remeasured and it does show 10-5/8" in length. Can you quote me a price for both? Thank you very much for your quick response.
