WINDOW CHANNEL REPLACEMENT

The only number on the channel is 29-4 EA2 CMC 5. The metal channel is 30 inches long and 1/2 inch wide. The window weighs about 33 lbs. The window was installed new about 2005, but no manufacturer information except for the above. Can you determine what I need?

Thanks for writing in. This looks like either a S380-30 or S385-30. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2940.
