I THINK I HAVE FOUND THE PARTS THAT I NEEDED AFTER FURTHER LOOKING IN YOUR CATALOG AREA AND ORDERED FOUR OF EACH.
THANKS FOR YOU AVAILABILITY BUT I MAY BE OK.
HOWEVER, I AM NOT SURE THAT I AM GOING TO RECEIVE ALL THAT I NEED. THE CATALOG DATA DID NOT INDICATE THAT THE RECEPTOR FOR THE LOCKING DEVICE WAS TO BE INCLUDED, ALTHOUGH SOME RECEPTORS WERE LISTED AS A POSSIBLE SEPARATE ORDER BUT THE TYPE REQUIRED DID NOT APPEAR.I COULD NOT TELL FOR SURE I MAY NOT VE DONE.

I see you purchased our 90-113L and 90-133R. I'm glad you were able to find what you need. As for the keeper, they are not included. The 90-133K is the keeper made for these locks. If yours does not match, you can send a few pictures of it and we can try to find something that does. |

PAUL - THANKS FOR THE QUICK REPLY. I AM HAVING A PROBLEM GETTING ANY OF THESE WINDOWS OPEN. MAY HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL I HAVE MORE BRAINS OR MUSCLE. I WILL LET YOU KNOW AS SOON AS I CAN. FROM WHAT I CAN SEE RIGHT NOW IT HAS A SIMILAR PLASTIC COVER A LOT LIKE THE BASED OF THE LOCK BUT WITH A SINGLE SCREW. CAN'T TELL YET ABOUT THE OTHER HOLES. I WILL GET BACK AS SOON AS I CAN.

THANKS THOUGHT MAY BE IT IS JUST STUCK. JUST BOUGHT THE PLACE AND IT SUFFERED A LOT OF LONG PERIODS OF VACANCY PRIOR TO PURCHASE. DUE TO ALL OF THE PLASTIC INVOLVED I HESITATED TO TRY AND USE TOO MUCH FORCE UNTIL I WAS MORE FAMILIAR WITH THE WORKINGS OF THE WINDOW. IS THERE ANY CHANCE THAT A MANUAL MIGHT BE AVAILABLE? OR PICTURES ETC. IT APPEARS THAT THE 133 MIGHT WORK. MIGHT YOU BE ABLE TO SEND A SAMPLE AND IF SO, I THEN CAN ORDER ADDITIONAL?

I'm afraid we cannot send a sample of this part. I am also not sure if there is a manual available for this specific window. If you wanted, you could take pictures of the hardware you want to replace and send them to us to review, along with dimensions. We could use this information to make more confident recommendations.
