WINDOW OPENER FOR OUR CRANK OUT WINDOWS

Question

We purchased item 39-194 rh crank. The is clearly right-hand crank. We went to install, and new crank is off in arm angle just enough that it leaves a gap in window crank that it bolts up to. The bolt holes are also off from what are currently. Not sure where i go from here as i have 4 cranks that i ordered and they won't work. Plus, I still need to get these correct ones. See attach pictures.
