It looks like you have a 9/16" thick pivot shoe based on your photos, so we suggest the 15-121 as a replacement. Your tilt balance tube measures 15", so you'll need the S600-15 with a blue tip. You may also want a charging tool, our 75-006, to help with attaching the spiral to the pivot shoe. Thanks for posting.
