This looks like our 26-154 internal tilt latch release lever. Look over the dimensions and pictures we show on this part's store page and let me know if they match up.

Looking at your photo, I only see one other thumb lever and I think it may be the same thing, just with a slightly different top part. The top part isn't really as important as the size and spacing of the two bottom forks. You'll have to compare our dimensions to yours to confirm that they are the same.
