WIndow Balance, Shoe, and Pivot Bar replacement

Hi,

I'd like to replace my window balance. I have five windows with all of these same parts. It looks like it should be a red 25in. and the light-blue shoe, but I just want to confirm that's right.

Additionally, I was not able to remove the pivot bar and can't remove the screw. I'd like to replace those too, but would like any suggestions you have on how to remove it.

Thanks for reaching out to us, David. I can't quite make out your precise dimensions from these photos, most notably the diameter of the balance. It looks like it might be 9/16", though, which would make it our Series 600. We also sell the 15-015 pivot shoe, but you need to confirm that the thickness is the same at 17/32" before you buy anything.

As for removing the pivot bar, unscrewing it is your only option. If the screw won't budge then try soaking it in WD-40 for a few hours to see if that helps.
