WIndow Hardware Replacement

We have been trying to obtain these parts from the company that supplied them and were told by them that they couldn't help us. Sierra Pacific referred us to you. I have attached these pictures hoping you can help us get these parts to replaced as we are renting our house to someone and they are scheduled to move in by May 20th... I need them replaced ASAP, and can't get the parts!

Your exact operator has been discontinued and replaced with the 39-341 and 39-342. Please compare our dimensions to yours to confirm that everything matches up. I would also recommend our 39-205 as a new handle.
