One of our window is falling out due to broken plastic piece.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you need a new tilt latch but I'm afraid this one is too damaged to identify. Can you show us an undamaged version preferably removed from the window? That's the best way to narrow down your options.

Thank you for getting back to me! I recommend you take a look at the 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. These look like they're what you need but review the specifications and see how they compare with yours to confirm.
