WIndow sash balance

Question

Looking to see if you have this part not sure on part number here are the numbers listed on the part i need 2 for each window one is 21in and the other is 24in

23 9 FU CMC 2 / 24 in
23 9 HU CMC 2 / 24 in
(these two numbers came from one window)

20 9 IU CMC 2 / 21 in
only one balance had a number from this window

Start by looking at our S385-21 channel balance. This comes with a 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom, so as long as these match you should be okay. I also recommend weighing your sash on a scale to determine the proper option.
