WM roller assembly??

Question

2 sliding glass doors installed in 2001-2002 in new construction in phx Az. WM is my only way to identify brand.
Homeowner retained no records ?. Trying to find model number and repacement roller assembly?

Thanks for posting. In at least one instance the WM brand was associated with our 81-254, see below. But to be honest, the only reliable way to identify patio door rollers is to remove the old ones and send us photos. There is too much variation otherwise, even when you have exact manufacturing info. See the guides on this page for assistance. Let us know if you have questions.
