Your pivot shoe has unfortunately been discontinued for many years now. As far as I know, it's not made anymore.

We only carry one part that might work, and that's our 26-318. You'll note right away that the body is a totally different shape compared to your original, though. Only the tip is the same. If you can find a way to mount it to your sash comfortably, then I think it will service as a replacement.

I'm sorry that we cannot offer a better solution.
