I need WOCDs for new window install of Plygem brand "White Vinyl Classic Double Hung" series, in order to meet code. How many are needed per sash for DH?

The only product we carry for new applications is our 26-387 vent latch kit. Please review the video below for more information regarding the installation. Please let me know if you have any questions.
