WRONG PART

I need to reorder. your site says look for the number printed on the old one, which I did and it apparentely is not the correct number, it was for the weight?? please look up my last order # 2370877. which I believe was a 27" and send me the correct parts.

A pair of these balances with the 2630 stamp will support a sash weighing 13 to 19 pounds. You can always weigh your window sash on a scale to confirm it falls within our weight range.
