It has Ultra name on arm. Arm is about 6"long. 3 1/2" screw hole to screw hole on housing

Thank you for reaching out to us. This one is a big weird. We do carry the 39-020 and 39-021 operators, which are very similar in design, but you should note that the little wheel bearings at the end of their arms are totally flat. Yours appears to be somewhat thick, though it could just be a trick of the angle. That's just one of the limitations of IDing a part through photos, I'm afraid.

Either way, I do think these parts are worth considering. Please review the photos and information we have for them and let me know what you think.
